What is the ROI of LC in a business environment?

What can language coaching do to support typical corporate learners?

Workshop Description:

  • Identifying needs, expectations and skillsets of potential customers in a corporate setting
  • Exploring ways LC can be applied in the corporate environment you frequent as a language teacher/trainer
  • Developing presentation skills, negotiating and meetings skills through LC
  • Aligning language learner/client and corporate customer expectations for an optimal course outcome
  • Toolkit of business LC, dynamic business LC activities, simulations with case studies

 Results:

  • Participants will come away from the workshop with a variety of LC tools with which they can implement strategically justifiable language learning plans
  • Identification of blind spots, strengths and areas to develop concerning language learning
  • Gaining clarity regarding how business models can increase awareness of learner self, goal-setting, motivation and confidence
