Transforming grammar through Neurolanguage Coaching conversations – With Rachel Paling

Many learners hate grammar and many trainers do too! One of the ways we can transform grammar delivery is by creating coaching conversations that are designed around how the brain creates patterns, breaks down topics and connects into associations to help imprint grammar learning through aha moments and deeper comprehension through application.

This workshop will focus on how to break grammar areas down and then how to rebuild them back up through coaching conversations using the model PACT PQC to create a curiosity evoking, calm interaction coach and coachee around any grammar topic, no matter how confusing or challenging that topic may be. We will look at the neuroscientific research on which the PACT PQC is based and look at the impact using this research in the process has on the learner. This will be a hands on, learn by doing workshop to develop your coaching skills, coaching conversations and enhance how you tackle grammar with any learner. (over 7/8 yrs old)
