What a fitting end to a busy and successful year for ETLAS!  On Saturday 7^th December, many members took time out of their busy Christmas schedule for a fun pub quiz at the VHS Stuttgart, followed by the ELTAS Christmas party.

Jim Maloney had prepared demanding trivia questions, many of which had a language focus, from identifying Disney songs in different languages to international culture and literature.  The four groups were very competitive and the “Dream Team” were pipped at the post in the tie-break by the victorious “Snowmen”. There were prizes for all, donated by OUP.

The committee members put on an excellent Christmas spread, from savoury rice to apple cake and the afternoon ended with some Christmas carols and bubbles. 

With only 2 more Sundays to go, we would like to wish all our ELTAS members a peaceful and Christmas and an excellent start to 2020!  Thank you for your support in this special 30 year celebration year.
