Organization Restructuring - an amendment to § 02 of statutes stating the purpose of association as follows : “The purpose of the Association is to support and provide professional developm ent to full-time and part-time English teachers in all sectors\, all educa tional backgrounds\, and disciplines in their teaching of English as a sec ond language across Germany. This includes using social media and supporti ng local events across Germany and in Stuttgart\, by means of members in e ach of their local areas.” \n11. § 6.3 the membership terminates - a) i n the form of a written email sent to the board\; it is valid only when it is sent at the end of a financial year within a cancellation period of th ree weeks.\n12. § 9.1 The annual general meeting (AGM) is convened by the board with a four week invitation period in form of an email sent to the personal email addresses of the members. Content is the agenda as it is se t by the board. The AGM may take place in person\, hybrid or completely on line\, at the discretion of the board.\n13.
