What an excellent workshop! Using photographs from National Geographic and TED Talks, Tim showed us how easy it is to use visuals and build an English language lesson around them by asking the right questions. He gave us lots of ideas on the type of questions to ask, questions that go beyond just describing what the student sees but move into the area of interpretation and critical thinking.
We now have valuable information and resources to incorporate thought-provoking visuals into our English teaching in the future.
